Terms & Conditions
IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ
By placing an order with Damselle Tiaras & Wedding Accessories you will be in acceptance of these terms and conditions, which form a legally binding, contract between you (the customer) and Damselle Tiaras & Wedding Accessories.
Returns are accepted only with prior authorisation from ourselves. You will be issued with a returns reference. Returns will be accepted and credited (less postage) on goods that have been ordered from the site providing they meet the following criteria:
If the item is found to be defective in any way you must notify us immediately on the day of receipt and return it to us within the 7 days return period. It will be replaced with an identical item and we will pay postage costs. No returns will be accepted for any reason after the 7 day period to ensure that they have not been worn and returned.
We are notified of any problem regarding the order as soon as it is received (all items are quality checked before despatch.) They show no signs of damage or excess handling (unless previously notified on the day of receipt).
The item must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. It is at the sole discretion of the designer whether the merchandise has been used or if items are still fit for sale. Items that are returned in a non-saleable condition will be returned to the customer.
They were not a custom order item (these are non-returnable unless found to be faulty).
They are returned postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Please return all goods by Royal Mail recorded delivery and please use Special Delivery if the value is more than £100 to ensure that you are compensated should the goods be lost or damaged in transit. If the goods are not insured this way unfortunately we are unable to refund your money.
Orders may be cancelled within 5 days of payment processing, after which time the order is considered to be a legally binding contract.
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
