By placing an order with Damselle Tiaras & Wedding Accessories you will be in acceptance of these terms and conditions which form a legally binding contract between you (the customer) and Damselle Tiaras & Wedding Accessories.
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted only with prior authorisation from ourselves. You will be issued with a returns reference.
All claims must be issued within 5 days of receipt of the goods. Returns will be accepted and credited (less postage) on goods that have been ordered from the site providing they meet the following criteria:
- We are notified of any problem regarding the order as soon as it is received (as veils are made from such delicate fabric we must insist that you check your veil over carefully as soon as you receive it so that we can be sure that the problem occurred prior to opening).
- They are returned postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
- They show no signs of damage or excess handling (unless previously notifed on the day of receipt).
- They are packaged with care in their original box.
- They were not a custom order item (these are non-returnable unless found to be faulty).
- They are suitable for resale.
If the item is found to be defective in any way you must notify us immediately on the day of receipt and return it to us within the 7 day return period. It will be replaced with an identical item and postage costs will be paid by us.
No returns will be accepted for any reason after the 7 day period to ensure thay they have not been worn and returned.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 5 days of payment processing, after which time the order is considered to be a legally binding contract.
